ASSESS to progress.
Our process begins with a detailed intake questionnaire covering movement and exercise history, goals, equipment access, current limitations, and general health metrics like weight. Clients also submit photos for body composition and aesthetic references. Additionally, we use a video-based movement screen to assess range of motion, movement patterns, strengths, weaknesses, and physical abilities, including strength and cardiovascular fitness.
